Location: Onsite 3 days a wk; Hybrid – Office location is Charlotte NC Required Pay Scale: $60-65hr W2 *Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates* We are seeking a qualified and talented Application Developer to join our team. In this role, developer will be responsible for designing and coding functional programs and applications. Developer will collaborate with a team of professionals, but also work independently with minimal supervision. Primary objective as an Application Developer will be to write clean and flawless code, ensuring the development of fully functional software applications that meet specific requirements. Full Stack .NET + Agentic AI work. Primary Responsibilities: • Understand client requirements and translate in application features. • Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications. • Design creative prototypes according to specifications using UI/UX • Write high quality source code. • Perform unit and integration testing. • Troubleshoot and debug applications. • Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features. • Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code.
